How we work
Lease renewals and rent reviews are where much of a property's value is won or lost. We prepare the evidence, set the strategy and negotiate firmly on your behalf, whether you are the landlord or the tenant.
For landlords we review tenancy documentation and processes so they meet current requirements, including the Renters' Rights Act 2025.
We also advise owners on short-let and serviced accommodation: the right structure, the licensing position and the operational set-up needed to run it well.
Advice is practical and independent, and always focused on what is right for the asset.

Short lets, from first-hand experience
We operate short-stay apartments ourselves, with a dedicated Short-Term Lets Manager, so our advice comes from running them day to day rather than from theory.
In London, letting a home on short lets for more than 90 nights a year needs planning permission, and many leases and mortgages restrict short-term letting. We help owners understand the position for their property, choose the right structure and set the operation up properly.
